Description
pinot. NOIR is a dark yet modern interpretation of espresso, with depth and warmth.
Deliberately developed for intensity, body, and a calm, full expression.
The roast is designed for structure and density,
without harsh bitterness or aggressive roast flavors.
Notes of dark chocolate and cacao nibs define the flavor profile, carried by nutty nuances and restrained acidity. The body is dense, with a long, smooth finish.
A powerful espresso, concentrated and pronounced.
Tip: Ideal as a straight espresso or in strong milk drinks.
Particularly pronounced with a slightly shorter extraction.
